The Human Resources Department is responsible for overseeing the management of personnel services including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, training, and maintaining the personnel classification system.

Our objectives are to:

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to employees and City Departments

  • Attract and retain qualified and motivated employees in an efficient and cost effective manner

  • Continue to provide cost effective training opportunities to employees
