Recommended Action:
Motion to introduce the Ordinance by title only;
Motion to introduce the Ordinance adding Section 8-14.02 to the Antioch Municipal Code, dealing with disclosures for new residential units; and
Motion to adopt the resolution establishing language for new
residential disclosures regarding traffic and school capacity.
Motion to deny, create an Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of
realtors, developers, staff, and Council to create a sample to be given at the time of
sale to both new and used homebuyers; development of a bi-annual workshop for realtors on
the state of traffic, schools, etc.

Council Member Freitas asked Staff to report back in 60-90 days as to whether or not the City was in compliance with the Hillside Ordinance and also report on the validity of the threat of contaminants in our well water as a result of the proposed gas stations at the Golf Course Road site
