Registration

General Information             
Pre-Registration is required for participation in programs.  Students are expected to go to their first class.  Refunds will be issued if program is full or cancelled.  In the event of a full class, your name will be placed on a waiting list and your payment returned.

Mail-In

Complete a registration form and mail to:

Pay by check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Make checks payable to "City of Antioch". Mail-in registration takes at least 5 days to process. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope for a registration receipt.

Walk-In/Drop-Off

Complete a registration form and take to:

Fax-In

Payments by Visa/Mastercard/Discover are the only forms of payment for Fax-in registrations. 
The Recreation Department is not responsible for phone or fax confirmations.

 Registering on-line is easy!                                                        

1.  Find the activities you want to register for in the catalog.

2.  Go directly to on-line registration at www.active.com/browse/cityofantioch

3.  Complete the registration form, pay with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and receive an instant
e-mail confirmation of your enrollment.*

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  A convenience fee of 6-1/2% +$.50 or $2 minimum will be charged by the online company Active.com, therefore convenience fees are non-refundable even if the City of Antioch Recreation Department cancels the classes.

Refunds/Transfers
Choose your classes carefully!  Customer requested refunds or transfers will be approved only if initiated by phone or in person NO LATER THAN 3 business days prior to the first day of class.  All refunds are subject to a $7 service charge per activity unless class/activity is cancelled by the City of Antioch Recreation Department.

Cancellations
The City has the right to cancel classes when enrollments have not reached their minimum.  Please register early and help us to prevent class cancellations

Class Confirmations
You will not receive anything to confirm your registration.  To receive a class confirmation, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, otherwise your cancelled check is your receipt.

Fee for Late Pick-up
Parents agree to pick up their children by or before the scheduled release time.  A late fee of $5 per
5-minute interval PER CHILD will be charged.  Late fees are payable to the City of Antioch.

We don’t like to cancel classes.... but sometimes it is necessary before the first meeting when enrollments are low.  Your registration might be the one that enables the class to be held.

Please pre-register at least 5 days before the class begins.  Your early enrollment makes a difference!

No confirmation will be mailed without a self-addressed stamped envelope.  Please attend class on first day unless otherwise notified.
