ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLAINT FORM

The City of Antioch provides this service to allow concerned citizens to file e-mail reports of pollutant discharges to the City's creeks and storm drain system. The City investigators will respond to water quality related complaints within the city limits.

When the team responds to a complaint, every attempt is made to determine the responsible party and inform them of the environmental impact of their actions. The responsible party is required to stop the action that is polluting the surface waters. Staffs provide information on clean up, alternative disposal options, erosion controls and other best management practices.

Please fill out the form as completely as possible. Anonymous complaints and complaints received with unverifiable information will not be investigated.
