Reports Online

Copies of most accident reports from the Antioch Police Department can be obtained online.  No other police reports are available online at this time.  For various reasons however, some accident reports will not be available.  In these cases, a written request must be submitted directly to the Antioch Police Department. 

Reasons your report may not be available online include but are not limited to the following:

• The report is not yet complete
• The accident occurred prior to March, 2011
• The accident report was taken by another law enforcement agency
• The accident report involves a minor.
• The accident involves a fatality or possibly a serious injury

How to Obtain a Copy of Your Accident Report Online:

• You must be a party involved in the accident.
• You will need to have your case number or event number for the accident.
• You will need to know the date of the accident.

• Submit the required fee as instructed on the website.
